I recently joined M2P Fintech as Senior Engineering Manager, owning end-to-end engineering for the Prepaid V2 platform — leading a 26-member org across 3 pods, operating at N-2 leadership level alongside VP and executive leadership. It's a fresh chapter after four years at Freshworks across Freshchat and Freshdesk.

Before that, I scaled a team from zero to 25 at Anchanto and spent nearly a decade growing from intern to architect at Skava/Infosys. My path so far has spanned 10 years in e-commerce and 4 years in SaaS — now I'm applying that playbook to Fintech: platform architecture, compliance, and operational resilience.
