I recently joined M2P Fintech as Senior Engineering Manager, leading the Prepaid Cards platform team — a fresh chapter after four years at Freshworks across Freshchat and Freshdesk. Before that, I scaled a team from zero to 25 at Anchanto and spent nearly a decade growing from intern to architect at Skava/Infosys.

My path so far has spanned 10 years in e-commerce and 4 years in SaaS — now I'm digging into Fintech, learning the domain from the ground up while bringing the platform-scaling and team-building playbook with me.
